after falling below 0 line on profits for NFL, just stopped picking games in this sport. I was so frustrated with the refereeing all season long with the "flag fest" in every game. Been picking NHL hockey which I find to be much more fair in terms of penalty calls.
After watching some of the college playoffs and into the NFL playoffs, the refs have "let them play" and there has been way less penalties called. It is so much more enjoyable to watch when the penalties are kept to a minimum. Yes, there can still be bad calls, but I'd rather have few penalties overall and deal with the bad calls. It would be nice to see next season.
