Falcons -3 a trap or easy money

So how confident are you guys? 1 Unit? 10 Units?

Reason I ask is there are some people here who only lay $10 bets and say "I'm going big on this one", which could mean $25.

$25 dollars is still a 2.5 unit bet for him. If you consider a 0.5 unit bet small, I would consider a 2.5 unit bet big. By the way, a one unit bet for me is $20, some people $100 or more. By the way, I agree the falcons are the better team, and should easily cover the spread. What has saints shown us? Who has the better D? ... Atl. Can the saints run the ball? No ... not so far.

You can out think yourself with this one. Saints as homedogs in primetime and you're getting 3.5? 80% on Falcons? Sounds almost too good to be true. I'd argue these two teams very different this year.

Even if Atlanta is an average team, and that's a big if, the saints still have the WORST defense in the league statistically. You can look it up. And who have they played? Tampa? Weedan's Cowboys? The neutered Panthers? Bradford who threw back to back endzone INTs? Ryan and Payton making the highlights shouting at each other on the sidelines. This unit is a dump on fire. Falcons should be able to drive up and down the field.

Since it's TNF and both teams kinda turnover prone, I got in at -3 and leaving it at 1x.

I got it at -3 as well. It's now at -3.5

Not only does the Falcons have one of the best run defenses this year, the Saints has the worst pass defense this year.

I said in this thread before the season started: "Saints without Jimmy Graham and Darren Sproles, not good." and Colston is out on injury for the Saints.
Which makes this Falcons -3 even a stronger bet since the Falcons have weapons everywhere.
and the person in that thread trying to defend the Saints to win the super bowl and CJ Spiller did not replace Sproles well at the running back position.

Ingram has not rushed for more than 77 yards on the season. Falcons are 6-0 ATS on Thursdays in NFC South divisional games. Falcons are 4-1 ATS last 5 meetings. I think Matt Ryan got his bad game out of the way last week. Falcons have been coming back in the fourth quarter besides the Texans game. I think this is the game they dominate the entire game leaving themselves the luxury of going into the 4th quarter with a comfortable lead.

Being from ATL i dislike betting on falcons but have obviously been successful this year. 5-0 team playing against a 1-4 terrible looking saints team. if the spread opened at -5 i would like falcons but -2.5 means the saints are going to show up and keep it close in nola. falcons ML -170 is my play but not sure how confident I am in this bet, vegas knows something. thoughts

Every time a game has looked too easy easy this year it has cashed...Just take the better team and even pay a little more to get it down to 2.5 if you want...I see no way that New Orleans stays up with ATL... New Orleans couldn't stay up with Philly or Tampa Bay and we no how bad their defenses are... Washington is a much better team than New Orleans and they found a way to pull that one out... Atlanta has a running game now and that opens up the big downfield plays for Julio... Don't overthink this and try to justify how New Orleans is gonna cover just so by the slim chance they do cover you can come back on here Friday and act like your a football genius...
