Yes, you can upload the photo even without having an account.

Rightclick on the image and select open image in new tab. Then copy that url. Click on the insert image icon to the left of the youtube icon and paste the image in there. Make sure it has .jpg, .png, or .gif at the end of the url. Then post and it will appear.
