    A few questions

I've been reading this forum for a few months now and have learned a lot from sports betting, although I have some questions.

-How many sportsbooks should I use at a minimum? I know that shopping for the best line is one of the most important things a bettor should do, so I want to know how many sportsbooks I should use at a minimum.

-I live in the United States and I have read that it is getting harder to have a reliable sportsbook, since the very good ones (Pinnacle) don't allow U.S. players. Can I have a list of good books that support U.S. players? And what is the minimum grade that is posted at SBR to where I should avoid those specific sportsbooks?

-I have read from various users that you should use 1% or 2% (some say 3-5%, although I think that is too high if you are flat betting). Which one is better to use in the long run? Also, is 1.5% a good percentage to flat bet if undecided between 1% or 2%? I have read about Kelly Criterion, but because I haven't really bet much, I don't think that is something I can use right now to determine if I really have an edge.

-Is there a certain maximum % of your bankroll that you should wager on per day, or is it better to make as many wagers as you can as long as you have an edge?

-Does each book offer the choice between bonuses or reduced juice? I know it is better to take reduced juiced, but I wanted to know if this was exclusive for only specific books.

-I have read that there are players that do well and get limited or booted. Is there a way to avoid this without intentionally losing money? With the lack of good sportsbooks available, it might be hard to move on to another book.

-My brother wants to play at an online sportsbook, but I have read that online sportsbooks frown on it (and will boot you) if they catch multiple players in the same household. Will it be better then for my brother to use a different sportsbook than me?

-Which sportsbook is sharper, Las Vegas or the online sportsbooks?

-Do the sportsbooks give out W2 forms? If not, is it required to report my winnings (and losses) on my tax returns?

-I use a DC or checking account for most of my transactions. Is this a reliable, and safe way to deposit money in sportsbooks, or is it better to use a wire transfer service? I prefer not to use CCs.

-How long does it take to get set up at each sportsbook?

Thank you to those that answer my questions, it is much appreciated.

Lots of questions, Ill give my opinion on a few.

    I have 3 offshores and 3 bookies.

My bookies are 2 locals, and 1 from NY, where I was raised.

The advantage of a bookie 300 miles away is when the NY team plats my "local team "

If the actual line is NYG-5 over the Deadskins, my NY bookie may have the line @ 5.5 or 6, the DC guy may only be putting it out @ Giant -4

Then of course I can also use my offshores.

If you like dogs and unders, I would say bodog is a must.

They pump tge favorites and overs, and you can get a few "wins" a year by playing the overinflated lines.

I bet football, and I dont flat bet.
I start off with a nice bankroll, and will bet anywhere between 2.5% and 5% depending on how mych I like the game.

I also concentrate on the Giants 1st, the Skins 2nd, tge Ravens 3rd...

If I feel I have a good feel for then, I might only bet thos 3 NFL games that Sunday...

    Sometimes less is more

I also press when hot, and back off when cool.

If I have a good year, then I bet hockey too.

I necer bet basketball, rarely bet baseball.

This allows me to crunch football numbers and not get distracted by the other games .

Cone February, I have 4+ months of hocjey data, and Ill bet that until the cup finals in June.

Then, its my " off season" until September

    Good luck with your wagering

Thanks for the replies (I apologize for being late to reply). One more question, if I withdraw a portion of my payouts, can I get the money in the form of a check in the mail?
