i like it. i have it as OSU, 80-69, which could lead to some extra FTs. in fact, that's the only game that i like to go over tonight, and i've been pretty heavy on overs the entire tourney. not sure if i'll play it or not, but i like it.

thanks, pal. i'm thinking that FSU will keep things slow from the outset, and their defensive focus will keep VCU from using their press as much as they'd like. VCU generally plays to their opponent's pace, i see this being somewhat similar to the USC game (though FSU's pace is higher than USC's, their defense evens that out for the most part). hoping for something like 28-25 at half. BOL to you tonight.

Biff - what u think aboput MU 1H. Marquette tends to play very well in the first half, while UNC struggles. Not sure about the game but that 1H is very tempting to me.

i like Marquette 1H. overall, i like the under a little better than Marquette but i like both. UNC is straight garbage 1H. i'm waiting until right before tip to make a play on that game. if available, Marquette 1H +2' could be a real boondoggle.

The one thing I like about UK is they have only lost 2 game by more than 5 points I believe. Lost by 7 @ Georgia and by 17 against UCONN back in November out in Maui.

fair enough. if i remember correctly, you're UK fan, right? i'm Buckeye fan. i don't usually wager on them, but i like them here. you're correct that UK hasn't been beaten often or by much this season. this isn't about me thinking badly of UK, they're a good team with a ton of talent, but i think that when the best players are freshman, it can hurt you in the tourney. by my numbers, OSU is better than UK by about 9 and i think that they win by 10-12. i could be wrong, but i hope not. foul trouble or a really bad shooting night (like Wisconsin last night) can queer any play. BOL to you tonight.

Yeah Im a UK fan. I dont think Im expecting them to win but really really hoping that they win. At first I didnt think we matched up very well with OSU but after looking at it I think we match up much better than I originally thought. I think the keys for UK are to stay out of foul trouble especially inside and Terrence Jones. Lauderdale wont be able to stick him on the perimeter and Buford cant guard him in the post. I think he needs to have a big game for UK to be successful. Im also interested to see who we put Liggins on, some say he should be on Diebler or Lighty whoever has the hot hand and a few think maybe they should put him on Craft and try to pressure the young PG into mistakes.

I think if UK can make it a game until the last few minutes then the pressure is all on OSU and we'll see if they can handle it. BOL to you as well Biff.

i agree completely that Jones is huge. a lot of talk about Knight vs. Craft, but i think that Jones is bigger. also agree that foul trouble is huge. also agree about the pressure. shit, i should've taken UK, haha. hey this is why we play the games. i probably only bet OSU ATS in either CBB or CFB a handful of times each year, i tried to talk myself out of OSU all week and could not. should be a fun watch, been counting the minutes since yesterday. enjoy, Paperstacks. unless you have +6, one of us will be dancing and one of us hurting at the end.

ugh, the Ohio State game was awful. you simply can't account for a team to have one of its worst shooting nights of the season. it's like foul trouble or injuries. UK played very well and was the better team.
