Looks like 2-4 on the day. Doubling up wasn't the smartest idea as Peay didn't cover. Also since I wasn't feeling great I bought the Miami oh hype lol. Was on the right side of St. Johns so I'm happy there. First losing day in over a week but I am ok with it. Can't win them all that's for sure. Hopefully I feel better tomorrow and can actually cap the way I like to. Night all.

My day looks like a freaking Christmas decoration.......what a crap day....I don't know why I went usual though process and took both Towson and Harvard against far superior teams....well in Towson's case not exactly far superior.....Col of Charleston....really???......Georgia State.....really, OT? Good Afternoon everyone, and welcome to my thread- I am feeling pretty good today, actually got some sleep and I am off of work for the next 12 days.....so with that said, lets start making some money....

I booked Georgetown and Cal Irvine early this morning, as I like the plays and didnt want the line to move against me here. I don't normally like to give action on early morning/overnight lines, but it happens....

For the new addition...I like South Dakota St here...Their turnover % is 2nd lowest in NCAA and they are top 50 in causing turnovers....Minnesota meanwhile is right in the middle of the pack in both categories. The difference maker here could very well be FTs. Minnesota is horrible from the line shooting just 62%. If any type of late fouling occurs here, its is very possible that the backdoor is flung open by Minnesota's poor FT%. The last stat I would like to share is Minnesota is allowing their opponents to get almost 40% of their points from behind the arc, while on the season South Dakota St is getting about 31% of their points per game from beyond the arc. They are shooting 39% while Minnesota Defense is allowing opponents to shoot 36% from behind the arc. I have not watched many Minnesota games, so I have to speculate here on their defense. It would appear that they play a 2-3 zone perhaps, and with good ball movement South Dakota St should get plenty of good looks from behind the arc. If Minnesota plays man 2 man, it would appear that their defense is suspect to pick and rolls and they may have problems switching who they are guarding. Either way it works in our favor on South Dakota St. So I will take the 13.5 points and look for a solid backdoor cover here....If South Dakota St comes out hot, they very well could remain within the spread the entire game....

For those of you who like MLs...I like Minnesota to win SU here, but I don't think there is much opportunity here with a -1250 ML at 5dimes to find value...there are better ML plays out there tonight, so I invite you to take a look. *cough* New Mexico or Colorado St against Mississippi at +200...whew that one is tempting boys and girls!!

Hope my write up makes sense.....that is how I convinced myself to make the play....I have been on a cold streak and not going into matchups as closely...so hopefully looking deep into the stats will help turn my streak around..

As a side note, I like Utah St here...but that -24 is a bit intimidating....I can see them winning by 30, but I don't like the line.
