i love you hit the Celtics bet! i want you to win as much as possible. i hope you never lose a bet for the rest of your life. you will never be able to say anything to piss me off or anything. i do my thing and find happiness or depression on my own. this sports gambling thing is just another thing to prove to myself what i can do.... i didnt like to lay the vig in the celtics game and thought a hot Knicks team could cover the number. i was right and didnt play it... did i love the mavs play or a few others i took tonight, no... i cap a certain way and thats cool. i put more faith in a few people in this thread than i do anything else gambling wise. i lost $22 tonight. i had over $500 at risk tonight and had a terrible night. like i said though i won over $600 the past two nights so im due to have a losing night. in not even close to upset about going like 0-6 to end the night. im going to be right back here tomorrow trying to get another winning night in the books. you dont ever have to come in here and say sorry about anything. i was away from the thread watching storage wars and a Kid Rock show. barely even watched the games after the UCF game. im in high spirits man so dont even worry

ok so im just looking and thinking. back when Smackdown way around and everything about how he was always talking about the NFL and ESPN and Vegas working together... and im not one to bye into it at all but just throwing it out there that i sit here and watch the ESPN scores section on the NFL and well if you look at the bottom of the games scheduled they have a little area of the spread and the "inline" spread. ( what they say the score difference will be as a result of 1000 simulated games ) well last night they had the line at 9 and the "inline" at 8.5.... now if you look the line is 9 andthe "inline" is 9.5. both with the Chargers favored... well it kinda gets you thinking that last night and earlier today ESPN was trying to get you to take the dog to buy the number up and now that its closer to game time they are trying to show you that the Chargers ( favorite in the game ) will cover the number. its almost as if they are working with vegas to drive the number up early and get it to a point in which the favorite can barely cover if cover at all ( because the public loves to bet favorites and always will because they think a team that wins will destroy a losing team and dont think much more about it ) so that they can get the real big money on the losing side.... its just odd that i looked at it last night ( which i alway do and several nights before that to ) and it was showing the 49ers staying within the number but now that the is -9 ( -10 at my local book ) the Chargers being able to cover the number....... you can tell me it took that long to sim all those games to change the number that much. ( how long does it take to sim a game on Madden? computers are fast now days )

its all good Harlee i would much rather see a light bulb come up every once in a while than one everyday and force the issue. i dont plan on betting small on those play ( and i know you dont either ) so there is no point putting one out there that has a high % of failure.... those are big plays for a reason, and the reason isnt to hit 60%. the vig on those plays are big enough for me to make 1 or 2 other bets.....Comment -
