Duke was a pretty balanced team that could rebound and shoot 3 pointers. Can't say they are a bad team

good point, when these types of teams are hitting their shots on top of that they can be almost impossible to beat, also I think its safe to say that any NCAA tournament champ isn't a bad team!

the OP is not saying duke is a "bad team", he's saying that they are one of the WORST championship teams ever, which is true. if you've watched the last 27 championship gms like i have, you have only seen a handful of champions that were at the level of duke. i can name 20 right now that were better than duke 2010. it is what it is.

Coach K adjusted to NCAA tournment thugball and got 4 bruisers up front to fight off teams like Baylor and WV. Then he of course had old style Duke world class finesse players, the best #1-#2-#3 in the USA with Scheyer, Smith, and Singler.
Last 7-8 yrs finesse basketball is completely out, you need defensive linemen up front. Some great Duke teams got beat in the 2000's by gangster teams, refs "let them play". No more.

Besides the West Virginia win it had to be one of the weakest 6 victories to a championship I have ever seen. Cal not very good, Purdue with no Hummel, Baylor was alright, etc. Agree Duke is a joke of a national champ.
