i really can't believe that florida and missouri made the tournament instead of missi.st...that is unreal......this is the weakest field of teams i have ever seen and ive seen many,many tournaments in my day.....kansas should win it but i believe its wide open for the taking this year

Yeah not only did the Illini get snubbed from the tourny but now they have to travel to New York to play the always pesky Stony Brook T-Wolves since Assembly Hall already has a Monster Truck rally or WWE event to host on Wednesday

Minnesota over Illinois is laughable. So much for peeling back the onion to really look at teams. Minnesota soft scheduled themselves ahead of the Illini. The teams had nearly the same efficiency ratings against the meats of their schedule with Illinois having the better record against those teams. Hooray for scheduling teams below the top150 it appears.
