I took Nova for the win but it's gonna be a loser. They are playing like crap. They can't rebound to save their lives and they can't hold on to the ball. They don't look like a real contender. They have nobody with size inside to go to.

this is a bad example since nova cut the lead to much before half so take the w.vir/ND game the other day..say you has notre dame plus 3.5 for game then nd comes out and opens big halftime lead 2nd half w.vir was -6 so you can take them 2nd half and still win your fist bet and the 2nd half bet (which happened in this case) the other bright side if your team falls apart in the 2nd which happens all to often in college hoops at least all you lose is the juice...of coarse it cancels a good bet if nd would have continued to roll w.vir but what were the odds of that? hope i made this make sense

92-84 Villanova, but the margin does not reflect the way the game was played. Fouling in the final minute inflated it. Close game for most of the second half.

I can't remember ever seeing a longer college basketball game in regulation.

this isn't rocket science people, the lines are based on computer numbers for the most part. no matter how many people blabber about their favorite team being underrated and/or their most hated team being overrated, the numbers don't lie over the long run.
