well it looks like the line opened at 10 with them knowing about the 4 player suspension n now its gone up to 13.5, does not make a lot o sense to me. unfortunately i cannot buy the line movement charlotte +13 is the play, possible shot at the ML if the 49ers come out on fire n
destroy tennesees confidence early.

not the first time ive seen sumthin like this... a possible trap to lure bettors away from takin charlotte ML by swaying
public opinion toward the fav at -13... not fallin 4 it charlotte is a legit basketball team with depth, las time out they did lose to old dominion pretty badly but tennesee does not play the kind of D the monarchs play with. if this turns into a shootout edge turns to charlotte.

Unless Vegas knows more than everyone in Knoxville (which is possible). UT will have to play there best ball of the season to cover this spread. On sports radio most people are saying they think the vols will lose because they will not be able to handle Charlottes guard play (ie USC). They books have been wrong before people!

Ive got a big play on Char +13.5
small play on ML

Guard play has been a weakness for UT for years. Like you said (ie. USC) that is usually how they get beat, which helps the Charlotte case even more

Goins was a decent but not great guard, but had to be brought in to help out because the guard play was so weak. Tyler Smith has been playing guard even though that is not his natural position. Again, because UT's guard play is so weak.

Without those two stop gap players it is hard to imagine UT being able to keep up at that position when that was a weakness to begin with.
