There doesn't seem to be much value in spending time capping the games on an ATS Only method this year. As the NFL is going into playoffs, my focus is shifting. Yesterday I swept 5 dogs in NFL. I actually parlayed them in one bet and hit +8685. I'm thinking of changing NCAAB to a picks thread unencumbered by ATS only. The linesmakers aren't accurate much either, as one can tell by reviewing the Won By/Lost By record I've got here, that is a point spread number, so it shows exactly how much the oddsmakers were off by in those games.

6-0 is amazing Mate!.. Can you pls tell whether you are considering home court adv to home teams? If yes do you add 3-4 points to your final number for the team ( as per your system) and then compare with offered point spread? or no additional points are added..?

coolguy, I don't use a system. I cap the matches from a basketball perspective. The home court advantage is, yes, among the factors I consider, although the strength of that advantage does vary among teams. It takes me less time to do this now, than it did earlier in the year, as I have committed to memory certain characteristics. The home court advantage strength does often disallow a bet, like taking me off a road team, but although bookmakers assign a number to it, I tend to think in terms of it being more valuable rather than less valuable, so that a road team must have an advantage on court play style or injuries that is quite significant. For example, if you look at Lafayette, High Point and Binghampton wins last night, those I took the ML also, and I also parlayed the whole ticket.

The advantages I saw in those clubs were based on internal game stats that increased the likelihood of a contrast in style of play that created inroads for the club to exploit.
