We lost our under today but..............

Once again, (it's happened at least 3 times this season) the first 1/2 was well under the total but the game goes over because of crazy scoring in the second half. Starting tomorrow I will be tracking a side play of betting the first half under any time I am posting the game to go under. I know full well 3 games is not a good sample size, but that's why I'll track it for all to see.

I actually bet unders this exact way. I always take 1st half unders and 1st half underdogs. And when I play overs or favorites I take the full game spread.

1st half unders take away the late fouling and the crazy amount of free throw attempts at the end of the game.

And I've never tracked it but whenever I bet an underdog they seem to always fold in the 2nd half

Yes it really went down literally 2 minutes after my post. I do not think it's going any lower, (I may be wrong) so I would wait to see if it goes up a touch. I have the game capped at 131 if that helps.

One more thing. There is nothing wrong with passing on a play. Sometimes a NO PLAY is as good as a win if the game does not win. Over the years when I am faced with this situation sometimes I'll play 1/2 or 1/4 of a unit. That way, if it wins I am still a winner and if it loses I lost less than normal. Just saying .........
