There has been some really schizophrenic basketball over the past 10 days or so. Lots of low scoring first halves with high scoring second halves and vice versa.

Last week I lost the UC Davis/Cal under 136.5. There were 57 points in the first and 90 in the second. I was in shock.

The Mississipi St under is one I want to look at a little more. In case you didn't catch it, this is a neutral site game being played at the Jackson Coliseum and not on either campus. I think Mississippi State plays a game there this time of year routinely. Last season they played Northern Colorado and torched the nets. Two years ago they went 1-15 from three in a game played in the 50s. Hoping for one like that one tonight.

Not really data per se. I usually play unders in those holiday tourneys played in ballrooms (Battle 4 Atlantis and he one in Mexico). I think 6 of 8 Atlantis games went under.

That Mississippi St under was much closer than necessary. The teams scored 17 points in the last 2 minutes and change. Up by 40+ Mississippi St took (and made) threes with 21 seconds on the shot clock TWICE in that period.
