The teams that cover left and right in the regular season most often choke in the playoffs. I would avoid betting Nova, Zona and Davidson in the tourney games regardless what their record says.

same here, part of my reasoning was that nova had to play the most dangerous 8/9 winner by far.. not that i didnt think uni could beat nova but it helped knowing there was a decent chance nova would be gone before the sweet 16... uni huge today!

i have sooners meeting uni in the elite 8 so hard for me to get behind dayton.. i thought sooners were most likely of the overrated big 12 to make a run. i love me some dayton so not betting it but i think sooners win..

I actually thought LSU would knock off Nova...NC State was lucky to even get to that game. With that said, the result was the same.

L'Ville lacks offensive fire power and I just don't trust Virginia.

Maybe we see Michigan State and UNI meet in the Elite 8.

That was the weakest region IMO so I thought a higher seed could make noise.

in most brackets i have sooners meeting uni in elite 8. didnt exactly trust them so have a few with sparty/uni as well..

The Big 12 was just a really solid Conference with a lot of good teams but it didn't have any great teams.

Top to bottom is was solid but when the worst KU team in the last decade still wins the Conference you know the league lacks a real contender.

Oklahoma State and Texas weren't tourney teams IMO. I expected them to lose.

you know i was pretty down on the big 12 coming in,, have said pretty much the same as you are saying for some time, depth overall it was a very good conf but no elite teams.. all season ive thought Ou was the most likely of the bunch to make a run, they play hard nosed d, have guys that can get and make shots, and i have always liked their coach.. only thing really preventing me from betting Ou today is i love that dayton team and when i doubt them they do some shit like beat provo, lol..
