I don't bet baseball and thank God. I am so glad the season is almost over. This was the year of bad beats for me and there is not a better way to cap off the year than to lose with Florida and Michigan by .5 each. FML.Comment -

It's a strange thing to say but I too am almost glad this season is over. They say its human nature to only remember the bad beats but there is no question these last few months we have had more than our fair share and I struggle to remember where we got a few going our way. Anyway I just want to thank G despite some of the most horrific bad beats mentioned already for still taking us to a profitable season. It's a testament to his handicapping.

I now have had a moment to gather my thoughts after the end of the UK game.
Clearly everything had to go perfectly bad for UK to cover the -2.5 in that spot. UK had 35 seconds and two time outs to design a 2 point winning shot. But I was even more pissed that UK did not attempt to foul MICH up 3 in that spot that would have sealed their win instead of allowing MICH a shot to tie the game.
It was so painful to watch what happened that it made me forget the terrific cap job Lucky did in dominating both the UCONN game and the under. I also forgot that after I originally bet UK and reversed my bet to MICH after he posted...that MICH WAS the right side...covering all game long except the last second. Betting the right side is all and ANYONE can ask.
All part of variance that cannot be seen or capped by anyone. Sincere thanks to Lucky for an entire season of tireless effort given to us to share. He has proved to be one of the best cappers this CBB season again and I cannot repay the generosity he selflessly offered to me.

This has been a very tough year in college hoops. As a whole season, the numbers are good and they show profit. I won 5.5 out of every 10 picks...but I don't remember a season where I've had so many things "go horribly wrong" to blow my wagers in the final 10 seconds of games...truly gut wrenching stuff. Those beats are the difference in me grinding along at 55% for the year and excelling and winning at a extremely profitable 60% clip. just one of those years for me and I guess...
