PLAY #12 Creighton vs Arizona St I have really been looking at this one all day. McDermott is by far the best player on the floor, and im not sure if anyone on asu can stop him. He will get his 20+ pts in this game, but Creighton is going to need a lot more then that to win this game. Creighton does not have much of a inside game and therefore Bachynski should have a field day under the hoop. Carson will be hard to stop and if marshall is hitting behind the are, look out Creighton. Im going to have to go with the sun devils in this one PLAY #12 ASU +3Comment -

penn st avg 13 more ppg than st johns. Frazier and newbill avg 18ppg each. Both teams shoot well with penn st with the advantage from behind the arc. Pinkston has been huge for nova avg 20ppg, but Kansas has more fire power with wiggins and Ellis leading the way and avg16ppg. Kansas shoots better from the field and score 5pts more per game. I'm going with Kansas in this one

marq looked really good the last 1.5 games. J wilson now understands that he must lead this team. Jj johnson is starting to show marq toughness. Do to marq terrible first 4 games, gw numbers look better, but buzz is molding another solid team and they should care momentum into this game

xavier with a tough ot loss to iowa and an ugly loss to tenn after beating them by 4 a couple weeks ago. Well its time for a rebound, xavier is better then they played vs tenn yesterday. They should win and cover vs usc today

Really like how providence has been playing this year, until they played Maryland. Kentucky will be a beast on the glass and avg 10 more rbs per game. Kentucky also avg 10 more pts per game. I expect randle to have a huge game here.

On paper this looks like a bad matchup for butler. Lsu with a huge advantage on the glass. Lsu also has 4 players avg 11+ pts per game, but both teams take care of the ball well. I made a mistake taking Xavier vs the numbers and will not challenge that again.

Creighton cruise to an easy win vs asu only to drop the next 2 with a loss to gw. Now creighton goes to play a battle tested long beach team that has played Arizona, michigan and vcu. I think creighton gets the win here but LBS covers the spread

PLAY #23 Penn vs Villanova Villanova coming off an impressive tournament win beating Kansas and iowa. They no return home against penn. Villanova avg 9 more pts per game. Penn is 2-4 with three close losses and a blowout loss at iowa. Both teams shoot similar from the field with villanova better from behind the arc. Arizona st playing in the windy city taking on depaul. Arizona st may be without leading scorer, Carson. This is the reason why the spread is only 2.5. Wisconsin has looked great to start the year. Marq has had it's up and downs. This is a great interstate rivalry match at the kohl center. Wisconsin avg 3 more ppg, and Marquette avg 6 more rbs per game. If Marquette can guard the three and get Gardner the ball,marq could win. Marq has one the last 2 at the kohl center
