real curious where they put the cin/depaul number as i was eying a over also, such bad shooters but def should be pace and hopefully we wont have to see cincy run to much half court offense cause it painful to watch... cincy does own the glass tho so they should have put backs galore and they great in the open court which they should be against depaul...biggest worry would be will they hit enough free throws down the stretch if we need them? hopefully they come with a low enough number where the issues dont bother me as much.... pretty much lean your way on all the totals
not sure bout wake, clem slow ass style may be enough to frustrate wake but not like im trying to lay 8 with clem when i dont trust them to score or hit free throws w a lead..
understand uni, hell i always like catching good number of points in the mvc, i kinda worry that uni gonna get in a 3 point shooting contest here and creighton defends the perimeter better and shoots better from behind the arc..

FWIW I'm against you on the ND/SJ total. SJ is a tough figure because they are highly dependant upon up and down pace and struggle in the 1/2 court. My feeling is that ND knows this and keeps this game 1/2 and in my opinion under. GL with your plays.Comment -

i still like the over. i have that game in the 153-155 range, and total's currently 147' at 5D. it is right on the kenpom number (he projects 148). i think that the total opened low (142') because UC is such an under team and the teams have had a reasonably low-scoring recent history vs one another. well, UC is such an under team because they are so elite defensively and on the offensive glass, and generally grind on teams and don't look to break that much (not enough, i say, given the limitations of their halfcourt offense). that said, UC doesn't play that slow a pace (68.8, so top 25%) and can certainly score in transition and DePaul is tops in the nation in terms of pace. DePaul will press, no doubt, and i don't think that UC will have to slow it to a halfcourt game given their talent advantage. bear in mind, DePaul just allowed 99 to UConn, and UConn's offense is shitastic.
