NCAA only. I tried using this formula for NBA and it just doesn't translate well. I felt like I was trying to pound a square peg into a round hole and lost too much money, so I finally decided it just wasn't going to work with NBA. NBA fouls are a lot less prevalent at the end of the game, but there are also some ridiculous ebbs and flows from one quarter to the next for scoring.
