Thanks for the vote of confidence Wallco.... (next time you can create the schedule). As I mentioned before, someone should double check it to ensure the abundance of plays are accurate. It took quite a bit of time to gather all the system plays and there is always room for error.

Wallco, not trying to start anything new, but are you really advising people to handle things via PM after all the shit you gave people on the thread? There are probably 20-30 post of yours that could be deleted because it only criticizes others. If you have not noticed, a lot of the clutter in this thread is criticizing others or talking trash. As soon as you say some thing it seems like 5 others jump on board. I hate to single you out on this, but only including your name because of your recent post. I do direct this to all others as well who try to jump in and talk trash to someone who was not even referring to them. Let people handle their own beef. I doubt anyone in this thread needs someone else to wipe their noses. I do agree with you these things would be handled better via PM, I just find it ironic that you would be the one addressing it. All is well, onto tomorrow.

You did an excellent job on the spread sheet and thankful you posted it. Don't let anyone discourage you from trying to help others out. Yes, a couple mistakes, but not a big deal. If people genuinely cared, then they would double check themselves.

I wasn't taking a shot at you at all, I appreciate you putting it up. But I also remember you asking people to double check it for accuracy, I was just asking if anyone has done that, especially since everybody is being directed to that post as our official play post. I remember you stating you didn't include these series that turn into v1 after starting in another version, was just wondering if anyone did the double check to include them.

Well, maybe the spread sheet needs to be updated in post #107 then.

I stated I believe the exact same day the spreadsheet was posted that Miami today would not be a play.

I agree with you Wallco, every year the JM NBA thread turns into a clusterfuck, we need some changes.

Though, before I even post my plays I make sure to check the team in questions schedule - something all the play posters here should do.

Yes, I totally agree with you. The problem is, people are not doing this BEFORE they come in here and start asking, "Shouldn't this be a play", or "Shouldn't that be a play"? A lot can be avoided if they would just double check before posting. Then if still unsure, ask via PM vs. posting the question. This will stop the barage of replies of whether or not the play in question is actually a play or not, which after 20 replies to the original post, the question still won't be answered. This is what I was trying to say in my last post, but JMD wished to twist it around and use it as an excuse to take a shot at me, so be it. People are OK to criticize on here if criticism is warranted, however, every small detail and missed plays that weren't missed plays at all, are not grounds in my opinion.

There is no point buying in this system, with one exception, if your team is the favorite, and buying down to a zero point spread is cheaper than playing the M/L, then by all means, buy the points, otherwise, M/L on all favorites and point spread on dogs. All results will be based on this principle. All lines and standings are based on FINAL lines from ScoresandOdds.com/. If one of the teams we are playing switches from a favorite to a dog, after my initial post, make sure you get the appropriate line if it differs from what I have posted. The wins and losses will be based on who is the dog team, and who is the favorite on ScoresandOdds.com/ final lines. I will try to update my post as often as I can throughout the day, if the lines change, but it is the individual bettor’s responsibility to get the appropriate line if it differs from my post. Yes. SBR has a set up where you can be alerted to the first new post. They will not send you another notice until after you visit the thread again on SBR.

Unfortunately, that often means the idiots "checking in," asking questions that have been answered several times already, newbies and/or trolls will prevent you from receiving the updates you really want-- like notification of plays being posted.

I believe limit has that data, I don't recall the exact amounts. I stopped playing when we came up with 7/5.

If you wanted to start with 100 as your A bet, and the team were an underdog, would you bet 100 or bet 110 to win 100? Or does the system say to buy 3 points, then would u bet 100 or have 100 "to win" (lets say bet 160 to win 100 after buying 3 points).

Also if it were a favorite, and you were to bet the ML, would you bet 100 OR bet 100 "to win"?

Hey steve, might have to reupdate your records. Based on the spread sheet these are the records I have:

A: 7 - 5
B: 3 - 2
C: 2 - 0

There was one discrepancy earlier with UTah covering the spread, but with 3 points bought it covered by 1/2 a point. I only count 10 wins on your posting.

1-3-5 profit: +7.72units
Traditional buying 3 points: +12units
1 series pending

Hi Limit,
Your JM 7/5 (no points buy) plus your 2 filters is an excellent system, well done. As you probably know I'm very familiar with the concept of comparing staking strategies within the total risk of a series failure when trying to win a single unit. ie total risk is approx 21 units to win 1 unit and betting to win 7 on B and then 12 on C provides the greatest return against the same total risk.

So, having proven the case for 7/5, why do we not now simply make it a "1.4/1" system, thus simplifying staking strategies? The standard betting unit proved the case for your system, but now you can make the target unit one 5th of the comparitive unit. Its only a case of scale, but publishing a system whereby the player bets to win 7 units (B) then 12 units (C) will invite a lot of questions from the noobies. Telling them to bet to win 1 unit then 1.75 units aligns better with the standard concept of betting to win 1 unit. The absolute value of the bettor's unit is, of course, irrelevant to the system.

Yeah but the thing is thelimit0310 used to post earlyer so i was suspecting Atlanta was not a play and the limit0310 might not post at all tonight so I prefered to make sure and asked about it before refreshing the thread 300 times for 2 hours..Otherwise thanks for your interest and for telling me what I have or not to do but I don't really care about you and what you think and if you are not willing to answer me then you have to let an other eventual follower doing it and shut the f.uck up...It's even simpler.
