This is one of the West's best squads against an average Memphis team in a slump. Denver has gone on the road and handled hot teams before and tonight, they will, like the Bulls did last night, look to rebound off a tough loss against one of the league's best teams by scoring early and often and handing the Grizz a 7 point loss.

After last night's 76ers and Blazers BS that knocked me to 3-3, I want it all back and I'm going to take it tonight.

players always want to play, and they always say that. But we won't know for sure until right before gametime.

Rondo said he'd play the afternoon of the magic game, but at the end he didn't play.

Keep in mind that his ankle wasn't even good enough to cut just 2 days ago:

"It felt a little bit better moving back and forth today," Lawson said Monday. "So it definitely will be a game-time decision. It's just the cutting thing. ... I can jump and do everything else. But just cutting back and forth, playing defense and stuff like that, that would have been tough (against the Clippers)."

Even if he does play, that ankle is obviously tender. What if 5 minutes into the game he makes a drastic cut making it worse, and sits the rest game? After Denver gets an emotional boost with his inclusion, they immediately get down into the dumps psychologically.

The reason I like Memphis is that they rank #5th in defense against points in the paint. While Denver ranks 26th in the league. So while we have top 2 teams that score in paint at home and away. Denver is vulnerable in the paint. They both are good on fast break and equall as good not allowing fast break. So while the spurs shot 36% beyond the arch Denver will need to go inside. If grizzly play good defense I can see why they opened as a fav. Even on a b2b

Sloppy game, Memphis hit some rushed (but successful) jumpers, Denver did well on the fast break and played good D.

Birdman's airball was LOL. Galinari two wide open threes missed.
