As policy, never take an over when the total is less than 180 or an under when a total is over 220 in the NBA. At least, it works for me. Not 100%, but many more winners than losers.

I actually will take this if it's two teams from the opposite conference and the total is 220+...plugged in the SDQL real quick and got this...since 2005

Well I have my own DB for more complex stuff, but have been using this more for trying to find quick trends and if you can pick it up it's really useful...just google SDQL and look for KillerSports/SportsDatabase links and go from there.
