the difference between philly/heat and bulls/pacers is match-ups and talent. the pacers have the talent and the bulls don't have overwhelming size so if its a slower paced game the pacers should be able to hang tight, whereas philly has been on/off offensive wise all year and just don't have the talent to match-up. so its more on whether the heat turn it on or not..

for tonight i think the magic/hawks fall under the later as they can match-up just fine after howard and they do have the talent to match, therefore i'm going large on the hawks tonight as i see no reason they don't have a shot to repeat their previous performance and 9 points is simply very healthy insurance

I think the total will go under. Don't think Hawks can shoot 51% again (they shot 40% in regular season), and Howard is expected to score less than 40. Also Howard said it is not about how much he scores, it is about getting stops.

BTW, chief, late money did prevail. Line opened at 193 and never went above that number. Dropped to 191 at a lot of shops. Pinny stayed at 192.5 which could have been a good sign, but remember, it was still under the closing number. LB didn't make the play based on line movement anyway.
