    Indiana at New York
NY will hang on to this deciding game at home.

    New York -3.5. 87-72 nyl

    Seattle at Phoenix
Storm will look to close out this series right here right now and they are riding on a good
momentum whilst Mercury is trying to clink on without any home court to hold on to. This will be
their last game of the year. Penny Taylor can't wait for the exit and head off to her next team somewhere in Turkey.

    Storm -3.5
    Take under 158.5

WESTERN CONFERENCE SEMIFINALS - GAME 3
            Seattle vs Phoenix

Storm is back at home to take care of business their record speak for themselves (21-13, 15-2 home). We're 100% know now that they're terrible road team and any team play home is a big swing. Mercury themselves is another terrible road team with (19-15, 8-9 away), coming to game 3 at seattle won't be easy to score or play to their style.

            Take Seattle -5.5
            Take Under 162.5 Points

Unexpected loss for Iran & they're mad, this is a rebound game for them before heading off
it's a one for the fan; an exhibition style with scoring fest. Iran should win by 30 points.

                            Jordan-Philippines
A very important game for both teams & will be a physical one, Jordan somehow managed to pull a rabbit out of the hat & dealt a big upset against Iran. But Philippines is still a better team that can match up well against speed and backcourt of Jordan, their game has been a solid all around in both ends and a consistent shooting from their guards so far. Also they have a solid interior game in Marcus DOUTHIT whom will be Jordan's main defensive target. The key to this game for the Philippines is to play a slow tempo
game, this is where Jordan is best when the pace is fast where they can utilize their quick and streak shooting guards; especially in Rasheim WRIGHT whom is explosive in transition and in the lane. Philippines should win by 10 points.

EASTERN CONFERENCE FINALS - GAME 3
                                      Dream at Fever
Tamika Catchings is out but this not necessarily give Atlanta great advantage but with Iziane Castro Marques step up this is what they need to pursue another trip to the final. With a victory at home behind them this can give the Dreams some momentum onto the road game at Indiana, and more importantly is their post season experience that will set them apart in game 3, Atlanta to win by 4 points.

                                      Take Atlanta to win

usually in a series decider such as this one, the under is highly probable but since Atlanta is expected to win; they will be the offensive threat inside and out with a decent scoring production, it looks though they will go small lineup again with fast transition game. Indiana too will adjust by spread the floor more to take advantage of their outside shooting depth as the obvious defensive stop alone won't win them the game in this occasion and they will look to the offensive option. Expect an average above 42% FG with a combine 10 x 3's made which should be enough to accumulate above 156 points.

                                              Atlanta at Minnesota
The Dream will get Erika De Souza back but interesting to see how they would use Iziane Castro Marques whom had fitted in extremely well in Indiana's series; the Dream had employed small lineup which best worked with their defense of the passing lanes and fast transition/back court pass for an easy layin or a spot up shooting. Angel McCoughtry can create her own shoot & establish contact in the post, she will be a key factor in both offense and defense, we can expect her to really step up more than ever before as this is a back to back trip to the finals for her.

As Minnesota, they have played solid basketball all season long and locked themselves in with home court advantage but this is a playoff, regular's season record may not always really count.

This will a physical game, as both teams will look to take an earlier lead in the series. Prepare for a big suprise here. Atlanta will keep it close to the last sec and might even pull an upset as they had just discovered another shooting weapon in Castro Marques.

                                                  Atlanta at Minnesota

With Erika de Souza's definite return, the Dream will move
Angel McCoughtry back to 3rd spot and will look to return to their conventional style basketball, clearly the small line up was not worked well in game 1 due to a quick transition defense of Minnesota. With O/U open at 162.5, I expected this game's total will be under again, this is a championship game, both teams will play a decent defense especially with Lynx home. Unless the Dream's pressure passing lane defense & force some turn overs for thing to go their way, but I suspect even with de Souza in the line up they will get immediate interior defense but wont get that much of a boost until game 3 back at home.

It's quite clear now that Minnesota had played some consistent basketball, with 19-7 ATS in their last 26 home games eventhough we know too well that regular season record don't always count in post season. But this team have worked well together with key veterans and new coming players, they have adjusted and adapted to their foe's style, for instant in game 1 they knew Atlanta would go with small line up and a thin frontline; they exploited this matchup to their strength by outrebounded Atlanta by 40-28. They had managed to contain Atlanta's offense other than Angel McCoughtry where they would let her have her way with a double digit score without give away too many fouls in the process.

We should see a typical avg 40 - 41% FG, a physical game with deflections and difficult look at the basket defense by both teams. Atlanta will try it in the lane and take it to the free threw line to decide this game. I think we should go with the obvious, lynx to protect home court with a simple game plan; adjust their defense to Atlanta's playing style on the day. And they are aware that this is a championship caliber team coming in as underdog and one should never under estimate their previous experience trip to the finals.

                                                  Prediction: 84 71 lynx

                                                                Melbourne Tigers at Perth Wildcats
Perth is a champ pedigree team, they have beef up their front-line off season which will make this match up
even harder for a thin forwards/centre tigers, especially away from home tigers wont be the same. In last their game, they were lucky to pull away via outside shooting late in the 4th, and their offense again will depend on back-court combo with Patty Mills in the mix, they had a hard time to contain sydney's forwards such as Julian Khazzouh, points in the Paint was 20 vs syd's 50. Sydney's frontline is in this case was some what about similar or less to current perth's matchup from an interior defensive stand.

The Wildcats' last game at Adelaide was a strong showing, with a win 102-69; 49% FG & 56% 3's FG, Points in the Paint 38 vs 22 a clear dominated inside and out which reflected on the roster upgraded. Expect them to defense the tigers' shooting well, pound the ball inside, solid in the paint which are the key to this game's out come.

                                                                Projection: 89-70 Perth Wildcats

a lot of injuries is still a prime concerned by both teams, and each will look to their late signed up free agents
to get them by and it's appear Taipans's backcourt came out big in Jamar Wilson, in last game they had moved the ball well with a decent rebounding number vs Townsville Crocodiles. It will be tough to play at Townsville, however the croc has a big defensive void in the middle, Cairns should keep it close and even upset it.
