Yes, that's correct. It's not hard risking a total of $500 just to get the $100. I'll probably risk $500 in just a few weeks if I bet 2-3 games a day, and it will be even easier once baseball season starts because of the higher juices. As stated in my goal, I'll probably risk $5k in just about a month to get back my $1k of sportsbook cash and my winnings. This project lasts the whole year so I'm not concerned with getting my money back in just a couple of weeks. This goal is possible with long-term thinking.

In just less than a week I've already risked 127.60 points. This risk amount will get higher as my point total will get higher, the same goes with my $1k sportsbook cash. Imagine in this your 5dimes cash example, at this pace I will easily risk more than 500 in a month, and that's just with an 80 point total/bankroll. I think you might be thinking too much into this.
