tough break last night as my picks went 1-2 with a 'Durant less' OKC winning SU against Boston on the road somehow and the all quarters of the Dallas game going under 48 points apart from the 4th

There's a great trend supporting Southern Miss' on the point spread tonight.. Bet against road dogs of 3.5 to 10 points in a game involving two teams scoring an average of 34+ppg in conference games after 7+games played on the season.

This trend is 28-3 ATS since 1992! Hitting 90.3% winners! This system is already 2-0 ATS this season.

Memphis +5.5 vs. Miami, grizzlies are a tough team and aren't backing down from the Big Three. They have conley going up against arroyo and gasol up against joel anthony. Meaning, they're stronger at the positions you have to be in order to beat Miami.
Utah +3 vs. Portland. These teams usually have a close game, but with brandon roy out it changes everything. Look for Utah to rebound from last nights dismal performance.

The last 5 games in this series have been decided by one possession and an average of 3.8 points with the Colts winning 4 of the last 5 in this series SU. The Patriots are getting outgained by an average of 52.1 ypg on the season and are lacking a strong running game and defense.
Heading into the Colts game against the Eagles, Manning was #2 in QB rating behind Vince Young but he has now dropped to #10. Although Manning's last two games have produced QB ratings of 67 & 69.8, i don't think this is anything to worry about as the last time he put together two consecutive ratings under 70 was in 2007 and he hit back with a rating of 113 next time out. The Pats are 29th in total defense and 27th in opposing QB rating allowed.

Looking into the numbers.. What's more impressive is that Manning is 13-3 ATS as an underdog (excluding games where he was rested or injured). The Colts won on the road vs Arizona last season as a 3-point underdog and have done the same this season vs PHI Eagles.

Overall, the Colts are a solid 14-2-1 ATS in their last 17 games as road underdogs of a field goal or less. They are also 6-0 ATS in their last 6 road games coming off a win by 6 points or less whilst being an underdog on the spread. The Colts have also gone 9-1-2 ATS their last 12 vs a team with a winning record.
The Pats on the other hand are 4-11 ATS their last 15 after allowing less than 90 rushing yards in their previous outing. In terms of rushing, playing against home teams in the second half of the season that are +/- 30ypg in rushing, coming up against a team that is being outrushed by 40+ypg. This situation has resulted in a 54-25 ATS record over the last 10 seasons for 68.4% winners.

Quite a 'long-winded' analysis I know, but this is what i have based my selection on.

However, with the injury situation and the momentum going pats , the technical analysis is not really applicable.
