Would expect Chicago to play better defense obviously after giving up 70, but this is still a Knicks team that can score. They made their way to the FT line a ton in the 1st half and that is more important going forward than their 53% shooting. The shooting may cool, but if they remain aggressive and get to the line, I think they can equal or surpass this number. Need to start strong in the 3rd and not go into drought mode.

OKC has ZERO defense. I do not expect POR to shoot over 60% for the game, but the Thunder have not shown a propensity for defense so I expect that they will continue to give opportunity to their opponent. Portland has allowed a poor shooting Thunder club to shoot 50% in the 1st half. What would be big in the 2nd half is for both teams to be aggressive and get to the free throw line. Only twelve FTs shot between the two in the 1st half. Even though the number of possessions is slightly below the number for the 2nd half, with the efficiency/lack of D, I am going for more points.

Both teams putting up big points in the 1st half while not shooting a great percentage. Credit the trips to the FT line which number at 30 between the two teams. The number of possessions here is much higher than the total set. If they stay aggressive on both sides, this should have an excellent shot.

A play on principle here that this is a very low total even with two teams like Charlotte and Detroit. Pistons had 55 in the 1st half with solid shooting. Not a ton of outside shots though, so they have a shot to keep pace.

Another Heat blowout and their 2nd halves have trended heavily to UNDER so far this season. Following that trend tonight.

Clips did not shoot well, but still managed to score 41. They did get to the FT line a good amount and hit 13/14 from the line. Their offense had been pretty solid the last few games and even against a stout Hornets squad, 45 isn't a ton of points to ask for in the 2nd half. As long as they stay aggressive, they should be close.
