hi rafa, i am using betfair for a very long time already. My first advice is just make sure you understand the rules of the specific market you are betting on. Every markt has different rules when the bet is cancelled/voided etc. Make sure you know the rules.

I would not bet in game basketball too often. The problem is that there is not much money being bet in game on basketball. IF you have to go and your bet is unmatched. Cancell it because when you have the bet ingame it will be there untill you cancel it or it is matched. If you bet ingame you just have to keep paying attention.

Well, at the time when you asked for the 1.2 there probably was a small chance of the score happening. However, they went on a scoring spree and suddenly they could go over. Than obviously someone will take the 1.2 you offer them. If odds are worth it is all depending on your judgement of the chance of the bet happening.

Again the so called liqudity is low in these basketball markets. ( not much money being bet) I would advice you to see how much money there is being bet on football. Spain/england/germany you will see much more money is being bet so the chance of a bet being unmatched is lower

With all due respect to your great capping abilities, BL, the best capper when it comes to totals, both in my opinion and by his record, is 70kgman. Totals is all he does and he's got a great record. But he's decided to pretty much lay off totals after tomorrow and has been particularly staying away from unders. Says the math model numbers have been really screwed up the last week or so as some teams get eliminated from the playoffs and stop playing d. You might want to take a look at the last few pages of his thread and see the rationale behind why he's pulling back.

Tonight was a classic lesson in why the 5.5 home dog is always your friend. It doesn't hit every time, but it's a very profitable long-term venture in a field full of landmines.

Also, I hammered both late-night unders. A lot of RLM for both games. When Pinny hung a 211 for GS/DAL and almost every other book was at 212, I knew it was a big play waiting in the wings. Public got absolutely torched on both the home dogs and the unders tonight to finish things off.
