Utah was a RLM play it usually wins outright over a public play but not the case tonight. Stll a good night

Will you ever make a play on a public dog early? Say 4 hours before a game to try to get a better line if you see the public is betting a dog in the 65+ range? Example: With 4000 bets already taken the Suns are getting 60% of the publics action with 6 hours before tipoff. The line is currently Suns +8 but may go down. Thoughts?
