Hey paul, why do like the knicks today. I love the way memphis has been playing of late. I haven't placed a bet on them as i'm seeing the line move, so i can get memp at 4 now. Anyways good luck with your plays.

It's just what I read about the line they set and the total. Memphis usually struggles against teams that score over 100 at their home because they are a good defensive team but they are just below avg offensive.

The total was set at 211.5 with early movement towards the OVER. Amare is going to give Zach Randolph all kinds of trouble tonight. He's very good offensive and I expect him to contain Z-Bo as long as he stays out of foul trouble.

Tony Allen is a great defensive stopper, dont get me wrong. But I think Holling will put Sam Young on Carmelo because of his athleticism.

Some additional trends ATS: NY is 8-1 as a road dog of 3.5-6 pts and 19-8 against teams with a winning record.

Totally agree that the knicks have been road warriors this year. I haven't been impressed with the new knicks at all. The total is set that high not because the knicks are going to play there style but because these two teams the last 2 times have played 230 point games. Knicks lack of defense will hurt them tonight. between allen and young they will do fine on melo, and melo and amare will get theirs regardless. I know public isn't going to move this line but from what i see most bets are on knicks right now, maybe if i wait i might 3.5 doubt it though. I want to wish you luck, just not on this game
