My broad take on Angola is that they are athletic but unruly. Against mediocre opposition they went well, but when faced with some decent defensive pressure they fell apart and were beaten badly or at least handily.

Think US will probably bring a bit more than their previous games given they are rested and don't have to play again for a few days, plus it being the knockout round.

what do u like in Serbia game? very tough one, tension can push it under 154 but overtime can kill it

I am actually thinking the other way, I am liking Spain and Turkey. If I had to pick a total I would be on the Spain/Serbia over game, both teams have a high 3PT% and if they manage to find the basket it should go easy over. Turkey is just well Turkey, if you go on the FIBA website and check out the stat comparisions - Turkey comes out on top not to mention that they have to support of the home crowd. I am going to roll with Turkey till they lose.

I'm looking into that total right now, and I'm also taking the points with Serbia. They've been so consistently good this tournament that I can't pass up 6 points and take a popular favorite.

This has been moving up but I don't really see why. Take out the Argentina v Spain game where the 3 point shooting was sick and I don't see much reason why this should be much higher than 150. Lithuania have given up very few points.

I think there is some value here as Russia generally play a slow tempo. At a guess Russia are a couple of baskets better than Slovenia and Croatia who lost by 22 and 28. These two played fairly uptempo and played several high scoring games. Slow it down a bit and 24 hopefully is enough.

Playing these two with little conviction:
Serbia +6.5 0.5u
i can see why people like Turkey, they have been impressive throughout and particularly so in their last game where they played very strong defence, they are a deserved favourite.

Serbia haven't done much wrong either, but have got lucky in some close ones.

Pretty much playing that Turkey are due an ordinairy performance. Ilyasova was so hot last game i reckon they are due some poor shooting.

Wouldn't be suprised if Lithuania win it, but my thinking is US players are much more used to this sort of schedule and will have more energy. Russia were very tired in the 2nd half against US and looked like getting blown out but kept fighting to keep it relatively close.

Think US might be able to restrict Lithuania if they bring some defensive intensity and as long as Durrant is shooting ok they will run up a decent score. 90-70.
