Going with them again. They choked off the win but i still think they will take some confidence from the game after playing well as a team and getting decent contributions from alot of players.

Angola on the other hand got destroyed by 50 by a team missing two important players.

They lost the second quarter by 15 to Lithuania but the other quarters were all very close. Risk is that Spain find someone to shut down Penny who had 37. Easier said than done though.

Spain's boxscore looks pretty hideous. It will be hard for them not to improve, but it's pretty hard to turn things around with no days break.

Looking at fading Australia again although the number is a bit higher than I would like. Australia have a decent squad but haven't cottoned on that it is a team sport yet. Lots of one pass 3 point shooting or give it to the post player to bust a move but very little team play.

Then again Argentina's box score doesn't suggest they played particularly well getting out rebounded by 7 and only managing 11 assists.

I think the aussies defense is spot on,you are right that the offense has not jelled yet,but they might not need to that much vs the argies..
I like the 7.5 for the boomers..

Thought about NZ,but its penny all day for them and thats it...spain i might think could put 100 on em if lith put up 92

Spain beat Lithuania by 14 in the qualifying tournament with Pau Gasol scoring 19 at 80% FG. They seem pretty ordinary without him and I see this as a contest.

Think this is inflated due to both having played NZ.

Also I am looking to play unders as I think fatigue will lower scores by a bit. The average team score was 81 on day 1, but only 75 on days 2 and 3. With games tomorrow and the next day hard to see teams being keen to push the tempo too much.
