Morrison always uses the best line and it opened at -1.5 on pinnacle so you should buy to +1.5. Per sonly i'm taking the ML -130, there is just to much value at -130 compared to -170 at +1. Is it worth it to lay 40 more juice to just push if it happens to be a 1 point win by mavs, i think not. but if mavs do win by 1 morrison will call it a win so be prepared for that.

Currently in a bind along those lines (although JM has nothing to do with it), currently on O209 -102 in the Denver game tonight (made the selection early central time before i passed out), and have the option to change to O 207.5 -110, but it's a higher unit wager regardless...any thoughts?

I feel that it's good to bet on teams on the point spread without buying 3 points on teams if they're on a road trip of at exactly 3 games and didn't cover the point spread with 3-point buying if they went to one state, then didn't cover the point spread with 3-point buying in another state, and then back to the same state of where they were previously. The Thunder are an example. They didn't cover point spreads with 3-point buying against the Spurs (Texas) and then against the Grizzlies (Tennessee). And now they're back in Texas to face the Mavericks.

That reminds me of the Lakers last season when they didn't cover point spreads with 3-point buying against the Heat (Florida) and then against the Bobcats (North Carolina). But they were able to cover the point spread without 3-point buying against the Magic (Florida).

I'm sorry for being arrogant when I said not to bet on any 3-game road series if they had another road series within a month after that. I realized that there was a series loss under this strategy from the 2007-2008 Charlotte Bobcats. They didn't cover the point spread with 3-point buying between 11/27/2007-12/3/2007. I apologize that I didn't backtest the results perfectly. I'm guessing that my "one-month rule" is useless now.

I still find it best to bet on a series if a team lost their previous series, which is a 3-game series. But I find that it's perfect to bet on teams going on a 4-game road trip (4-game progression). As of now, I haven't found a series loss yet on teams going on a 4-game road trip.

you do realise that you don't need to win every series to make money from a system? I have 3 series losses for this system this year and am still up good money the way I play it.

you do also realise that if you continue to bet ALL of your money on any given situation that you will eventually go bankrupt, as it is ridiculous to 'know' that any given bet on any given day is a 'guaranteed' winner? Eventually this situation will lose and you will be bankrupt

nothing is 100%. it's all about if the ball enters the basket or not. any strategies, tips, etc are worthless if they are making PF's, TO's, miss FT, etc etc.

I guess I was being sarcastic when I said that I was gonna bet everything if a team goes to a D bet. I just haven't seen it lose yet by looking at past results. I hear of people who give out "lock" picks tell other people to bet everything and take out a mortgage by betting on one game. I know that nothing is guaranteed. The outcome of a game is within no one's control.

Good catch. This is one of those series that spills into another version after tonight. So I think some people might have had them down as a V1 starting with the next game at Port.
