Obviously Stephen A must know something and just by common sense alone it makes sense.

lebron is not a winner. How can a team that went to the finals, and had the best record 2 years in a row, not be good enought to win a title?

i think he took a real look at his legacy and realized if he gets not rings he will be considered a failure. And he took the "easy" way to do it

Leprick double crossed Joey Boombatz and now he's on the run.

gotta love the people who have criticized lebron for not winning shit, then when he leaves his shit team, they criticize him for having a better chance to win a ring

also frostno is spot on in this thread IMO

Lebron went from hero to chump. Let's see him make his billion now since that's all he cares about.

He's all style no substance, shocker for the NBA.

Cleveland is a waste dump compared to the plethora amount of things you can do in SoCal(Clubs/Beaches/Malls),Boston(Just hours from Manhattan/Time square), and Chicago(Without a doubt the most attractive city up North).

When you thinks about it, it was an easy choice for MJ, Magic, and Bird to stay where they're at. Because it's fun living their. Plus they all eventually got helped along the way, because people wanted to play in those cities. This is why Cleveland will never be a serious contender. No NBA players wants to play in town with nothing to do, especially when your young and rich. If you just recently looked at the top most single Cities in the US, it's Chicago #1, LA #11, while Cleveland ranks right in the bottom 29 or 30.

In fairness to the Lebron, those guys would had never would won a NBA championship with his team, except maybe MJ. And Stephen A. Smith seems to be the only sport analyst smart enough to get the whole picture.

so it doesnt snow in the USA? Chicago and New York had no snow last year right? The amount of snow in Toronto the last 3 years was hardly noticeable. The bottomline is that these new wave punk idiots have no balls and manhood to do what there predecessors did and win where they were.

Actually it wasn't an Article, sorry. I was quoting what he was saying in his early morning Fox Radio shows, while callers continues to blast the Lebron move to him. Since Stephen A is a pretty smart guy, he'll always respond with a more logical and intelligent answer. And that's what he said, "it's sux to live in Cleveland", and I completely agree

Stephen A Smith would have a different take on the situation if Lebron was white. I despise Stephen A Smith.

Most people are bashing LeBron not for leaving Cleveland, but the way he left....the whole teaming up, not talking to Cleveland Management, and the stupid 1 hour primetime announcement (especially when Wade and Bosh announced the day before)

Plus he could of gone to a good city (New York, Los Angeles, Chicago) without doing the whole team up thing.
