#108Originally posted by ECSdesignAlso, people forget that the Cavs won 66 games two years ago (basically 67 - they didn't play the starters in the last game) with much much less talent.
and the east is alot weaker now. bulls are the only team really to improveComment -

#109I don't think the Heat will beat this record of 72 wins in a regular season. When the Bulls did it years ago it was a completely different league and our time and age I don't think its possible to lose only 9 games all years. With all the travelling and injuries during the season losing only 9 games seems impossible.Comment -

#112Teams playing together for the first time will not win 70+, they will be good, don't get me wrong, hell they might even win it all, but I am saying 62 wins and that is if there are no injuries to Wade or LeBron long term, if one missed a month or more make it 54 wins.Comment -

#116if you think Jordan Pippen is a better duo than Wade Lebron you need to reassess your predictions for next year.Cause Sleep is the Cousin of DeathComment -

#117no way they are better than jordan/pippen, they are going to be a great duo tho
the cavs just put up 66 and 61 win seasons. Who here does not think with wade and or bosh they would have won more games?
The heat will definitely not win a 73 in the next two years but it is possible in the future, and even likely. NBA is condensing, wait till the FA roundtable next year, be even less talent to go around.Comment -

#118actually brooks its way more likely they win 73+ this year, because a lot of teams are going to change in 2012 when they realize how dominate the Heat are making it harder and harder to win 73+ games.Cause Sleep is the Cousin of DeathComment -

#123It doesnt matter if they win 73 or all 82 games. What matters is if they win 16 playoff games. Nothing else matters for that team.Comment -

As far as the thread goes, I don't know if we will ever seen that Bulls record broke, true that was a strong 3 for the bulls. But they also had a great bench & all around team.Comment -

#12773-9This is impossible. Regular season is joke. James/Wade/Bosh are superstars, but not TEAM.
Sportsbetting! They concentrate for play-off. About 63-19 is possible...Comment -

#129why even try for that?
winning that much in the reg. season would only doom them for the playoffs... they'd be wiped out...
win division.. get into playoffs...
and win there
