I still think the Lakers will win their 2 games at home unless they completely lay down. Not a fan of either team but I truly detest Boston Celtics. I think they are the whiniest bunch of thugs and are far from being gracious losers or winners. The way they carry on on the court or sidelines makes me nauseated. None of them has ever commited a foul in their lives and the only way they ever lose is if the refs take it from them. At least that's the way they act. Can Kevin Garnett ever make a play without thumping his chest several times and can he utter just one sentence on the court that doesn't have the "F" word in it. It's impossible to want to like athletes like him or any of those other screamers and chest thumpers.

Even if Boston manages to win the title it will never by any of those guys CLASS. My favorite athlete has always been Cal Ripken, Jr. Now there was a class act. He had more class and dignity in his fingernail than the whole Celtic team put together.

For the record, I had Celtics on the ML tonight.

theyre all savvy veterans who never had anything handed to them early in their careers like kobe had with shaq and phil jackson. ray allen suffered in seattle, kg suffered in minnesota, and pierce suffered alone in the bad years of boston. i dont blame them one bit for having a chip on their shoulder when none of the three have ever gotten their due for how great they are as individual and as team players. there you have it, info you never really though of

what about the call on pierce on Artest from 3point range? he went to line for 3 when that was not foul.

going back to orlando series, when perk got 2techs in 1 game.. when NEITHER should have been.

the missed 3 by Allen that 100% missed the rim and was called Boston's ball was enormous, a real blown call, but no review, or not reviewable? Total garbage.

Not sure why, but this call is not reviewable. It took the announcers 4 different angles, all in slow motion, until they could agree that it missed the rim. Nothing biased here, just a very tough call.

Paco you don't need to tell us you lost money on this game. The second you made the statement that the refs were being biased, it became extremely clear that you had something on LA. No objective person watching that game saw anything wrong with the officiating.

You win some and you lose some, and from what I have seen you in these forums you win more than you lose. Last night you bet on the Lakers but the Lakers didn't show up, only Kobe showed up. There was absolutely NOTHING to blame on the refs last night.

That's more of a reason for them to be humble and appreciate the success they have now. You can expect someone like Kobe to have that dickhead attitude, those guys should be bigger men and conduct themselves accordingly.

I can't believe Artest channeled his inner soccer player and tried to flop into the stands. Only the basket stopped him. It was described perfectly by Van Gundy. Should have been clearer. Artest has turned into Rodman as a drama queen trying to earn Kobe's respect. Much like Dennis did with Jordan during Bull years.

On paper the Artest/Ariza switch seemed ok, but Ron doesn't fit into the LA triangle. He's become a joke. This is a guy who can score 20 a game without hogging the ball. Now he's a 3 point chucker instead of a slasher.
