I'm using 5Dimes, but they only offer 2H lines for major matches like World Cup and a few big matchups in Champions League, EPL, Spanish Premier League. Demize uses BetUSA and BetPhoenix as they offer many more 2H bets than the other books for USA players.

I don't know about that; the last game total was 150 and the line opens up at 164 and has risen to 166. Red flag.

Yep, that's the problem with betting sides in soccer, you have 3 potential outcomes. If you think the favorite will win or draw at worst, bet the PK or bet them to win and to draw. But if you look at what happened today with Spain and Switzerland, if the undergo wins outright you're screwed.

Bettors are getting hammered in this World Cup so far; anyone who is just betting unders across the board is cleaning up (besides the books).
