Updated odds on LeBron's destination (June 2nd)
    Bulls +150

    Cavaliers -150

    Clippers +1000

    Heat +600

    Knicks +200

    Nets +400

According to Sportsbook.com. I'm wondering why LJ wouldn't be considering more teams, like Dallas for instance. Discuss.

He can only go to Dallas in a sign and trade...

The Cavs bet has a lot of value. Great chance he stays.

Why? Salary cap? And what about some other teams? Similar deal?

Knicks looks like good value. I think it's between the Bulls and Knicks.

those aren't good odds at all considering there's 6 teams so the average line should be 6/1 at break even.

I am surprised tho that Cleveland is the favourite as I didn't think there was any chance of him resigning originally....

Agree. I think he'll go to NY and Knicks is better option.

Cleveland can pay him better, and LeBron thinks a new coach will open up the game and blend the team better which would make Cleveland still his best bet for winning a title. Agree that -150 Cavs is a steal.

No doubt he is staying in Cleveland. Why would he want to go to Chicago and play under Jordan's legacy? And who the hell would want to go to the Knicks? He's just using them as leverage. Also, we know what an attention whore he is so he wants people to be talking all summer about "where is lebron going?" Makes him feel loved.

                    I am on -150.

SBRsportsbook will put up a yes/no prop on Cleveland with an opinion that he won't be back. There is not enough drama in coming back and more money in major market. A guy who does Larry King during the finals isn't going back to Ohio IMO. Saying Cleveland has the edge is his way of saying I'm leaving without slamming the door on the way out.

The Clippers look juicy and can probably be found at +1500 or better. The opportunity to make that impact in LA and with the story line of him doing what no one else could?

No way he's going back to Cleveland. It makes no difference what he said on Larry King. Listen to his comments about his game 5 performance. Wouldn't put much stock in anything he says.

Chicago looks fitting (with a better line) as well. James is back in the finals with them in 2011. And can't they also sign another max free agent?

Gambling establishments have to protect themselves from the occasional high payout, they're taking advantage of the many people who get irrational when they see high payouts, and there are more unknown factors in a prop like this.

I vaguely remember those post-game 5 comments. It could have been heat of the moment or poorly worded. Cleveland will have a new coach, I believe they can sign another star or two in addition to LeBron, and it's his hometown. I'd be surprised if Cleveland *didn't* have an edge. That said, I don't know enough to want to wager on any odds at the moment.

I agree on this one. If anyone can find this prop at another book let me know. I think if they can get the coach he wants, he's there.

I still dont get why the nets are even viable........ Devin Harris is grossly overrated and Lopez is solid but not spectacular..... The supporting cast is terrible.
