I am done with this game. The line just went to -3. Thank goodness I left the heavy play pending and waited to see line movement.

#45That's a terrible idea. The Heat never come back in the 2nd half if they are down at half. Vice versa the Heat never blow leads when up at half. #47Damn I am highly thinking about pounding the Heat now. Bogut averages 16 points and 10 rebounds for them, he is so crucial to that teams success. F*ck it I am riding with my Heat for a small play, I think there is a false favorite now in this game with Bogut out. The heat suck on B2B but this is the ideal situation for the Heat to come out and win one on B2B. They rested their starters last night, only flew for 45 minutes from chicago to milwaukee, and now the Bucks best player is out.

#52Think about the matchups for tonigh
F Carlos Delfino F Quentin Richardson
Similiar players who like to shoot but Q-Rich has stepped up his D on the Heat, a team that stresses D as much as any team in the NBA. He came in great shape and is still in great shape.
F Michael Beasley F Luc Mbah a Moutte
I like Beasley in this matchup. He should easily take him off the dribble. Luc defense is better but when Beasley gets going offensively the Heat are very tough to beat
C Jermaine O'neal C Ersan Illyasova (backup Kurt Thomas)
This is the kind of guy that Jermaine O'neal will get fits. Jermaine really steps up big when he knows he's got the upperhand in the matchup at center. He sucks when he plays against good competition but against weak competition he really plays with a lot of confidence in the post.
G Dwayne Wade G John Salmons
Wade obviously has the upper hand here. He has not played well vs the Bucks this year thusfar but he is obviously capable of blowing up tonight. John Salmons is a nice player
PG Brandon Jennings/Luke Ridnour PG Carlos Arroyo/Mario Chalmers
Big Advantage Bucks
I personally think the Heat have the upperhand in four out of the five starters.Scared money don't make money

#53Big line movement and a star player out will do that. One thing I have learned sometimes is if you are so sure you should cancel out of a game then you should probably just go and pick up the money on the other side. Most people just lay off but I like to collect when I do it.Originally posted by lakerboyUnreal about face in this thread.Scared money don't make money

#55Yes you are correct you should almost always take the team with the guy missing ATS but my god-daughter said to take the Heat as I posted earlier and sure enough 30 mins later Bogut is out. It's fate. I am only putting one unit on it so its not that big a deal if it doesn't come through, I am up 10 units this week.Originally posted by lakerboy

#56i already liked heat +5 and ML last night. and now no bogut and his backup ilyasova not 100%?? hmmm. even better!Ersan Ilyasova's status for Friday night's game is up in the air due to a bad case of the flu.
"He may be able to come later on and possibly play, but I'd say somewhere between probable and doubtful," coach Scott Skiles said. Thanks Scott, that's as clear as mud. If you're in a deep league relying on Ilyasova's services, it's probably best to just check back before tip-off.Comment -

#63Heat point guards are no where near the worse in the league bud. Arroyo has committed like 1 turnover in 6 games and Chalmers backing him up is not terrible. They aren't all stars no, but they take care of the ball. (Not so much Chalmers but he can score).Originally posted by sweetjones55Salmons is a hell of a defender himself. You know what the problem with the Heat is? They have the worst point guards in the NBA bar none. Brandon Jennings will get to any spot he wants on the floor. Expect a big game from him tonight. When Jennings gets rolling at home the whole team rallies behind him and they usually come out on top. Bogut has been playing damn good basketball and is at least finally starting to live up to that #1 pick. The whole cohesiveness on this team right now is great, the chemistry is all there. Nobody cares who is scoring and their are zero egos on this team. They got a great mix of youth and experience. The Heat are a Jekyll and Hyde team on the road, the Bucks are very consistent at home.Comment -

#64Lol all coming from someone with a Marlins avatar, I think I sense a little homerism. Taking care of the ball doesn't make them good in the least bit. Try and think of 5 teams with worst point guards, you can't. I'll give you New York but other than that who has worse?Originally posted by yomillionaire

#70lol, they don't even have too many flights running that route. Of course the Heat get chartered flights. But honestly, the drive from Chicago to Milwaukee is only an hour and a half with no traffic (it's only 90 miles). It's exactly like the distance from NYC to Philly. Not far at all.
