Monta kills this team. Any asset they could get for dumping him would be a bonus.

Without Monta they are 2-3. The losses were all away games (SAC by 3, Phoe by 9, and the Lakers by 10). Their 2 wins without him were by 30 over the Clips and by 32 over Sacto. They don't exactly set the world on fire without him, but they are without a doubt better.

Monta's net plus minus is -15.3 for the year, which is by far the worst of any Warrior player.

Ok dude your puny mind obviously isnt capable of grasping the simplest of concepts so Im gonna break it off to you like this

THE WARRIORS ARE INJURED. MONTA IS NOT KILLING THIS TEAM. THE INJURIES HAVE KILLED THIS TEAM YOU IDIOT. PUT MAYO ON THE TEAM INSTEAD ON MONTA AND THEIR RECORD ISNT HALF AS GOOD AS IT IS NOW.

MONTA IS FORCED TO TAKE TOO MANY SHOTS BECAUSE HE IS SURROUNDED BY D-LEAGUERS. IF WE WERE HEALTHY THIS WOULD NOT BE THE CASE.

THIS YEAR SHOULD NOT BE USED TO ADEQUATELY ASSESS MONTAS OVERALL VALUE TO THE WIN/LOSS RECORD OF THE WARRIORS

NOW SHUT UP WITH THIS CRAP, YOU DONT KNOW SHIT ABOUT THE WARRIORS

Net plus minus doesn't lie. It simply shows that the Warriors are a better team with Monta on the bench. With almost any measure of effectiveness or efficiency Ellis shows up at the bottom of the team. He sux.

And here is a tip for you- GS is 5-0 against the spread in games Monta misses. Granted it's a small sample size, but yet another thing that shows they are better without him.

Against the spread? You know what that means? Not a damn thing. Want to know why? The spreads were inflated because we had 6 players playing, 7 of them Developments

Your argument consists of "Monta is great, and you are an idiot". I try to explain in measurable statistics that Monta isn't producing, but all you can come up with is the same shit regurgitated in a different manner. Show me why Monta is good, or shut the **** up.

I know hes good because I watch him night and in night out. He makes lightning look like molasses

                    He has improved his shooting

                    On defense, hes a thief

                    26 pts per game

no but you're right, hes awful

Change your forum posting name to donkeyonopium, it fits much better

i really like monta but warriors were stupid to turn down that deal

curry seems to be really coming into his own and a curry/mayo backcourt would work much better than a monta/curry backcourt

mayo could easily be averaging 20 plus this year like monta but hes sacrificing for his team, the grizz are loaded with offense

adding thabeet to the deal was icing on the cake

If this guy doesn't get over 20 points or 15 rebounds in the D-league he shouldn't be consider an NBA type of player. He is 7 foot 3 inches, now I understand in the NBA everybody is at the toppest pro level and it can be hard to get those rebound or points, but someone with NBA experience for a couple of month should easily dominate in the D-League.

It means Monta is over rated. He goes out and that makes them able to handle the spread.

Rookie contract, so about 3 mill a year. Increasing incrementally over 4 years.
