    2nd Half NBA system... Season long thread...
    I have been posting these picks over the last 3 day's in Tbills and Yismans book in the SBR points section of the forum... the record is legit and you can check it out for yourself if you don't believe...

    Anyways it is a system I have come up with based on looking at all of the 2nd half lines thus far this season... don't want to go into much more depth than that...

    Figured I might be able to help out a bit though... so I will try to post all picks in this thread... 2nd half plays are tough to tail though... cuz the lines aren't up that open... if I prove myself though maybe some people will stop watching and make some money off me here...

      I will start with the record from 3 nights ago... all the way up to last night... and will post all picks that fit tonight in this thread...

      My picks are on a scale from 1-3 Stars/Units/watever u want to call them...

      1/8 (5-1) 3 Star Plays (1-0) 2 Star Plays (1-1) 1 Star Plays (3-0) +5.8 Units

      1/9 (5-3) 3 Star Plays (0-1) 2 Star Plays (4-2) 1 Star Plays (1-0) +3.3 Units

      1/10 (2-1) 3 Star Plays (1-1) 2 Star Plays (1-0) 1 Star Plays (0-0) +1.7 Units

      Record This Season Up to Date...

      Season (12-5) 3 Star Plays (2-2) 2 Star Plays (6-3) 1 Star Plays (4-0) +10.8 Units

          With the system I figure the picks as a total hit right around 60-65% of the time with the 1 star plays being closer to the 60% end of the spectrum... 2 Star plays closer to the 65% end of the spectrum... and 3 star plays hitting right around 75-80% of the time...

          Watch and see... and hopefully this will help some people out there

                      Even though the posted line is +100... I am just going to take all losses at -110... the base odds... so that it is not an unfair advantage to me... so a 2 star play wins 2... looses 2.2... 3 star +3 or -3.3 and a 1 star +1 or - 1.1...

                                      System is based on basically the correlation between the opening line spread in relation to the half time spread... the perceived advantage based upon those differences... as well as what the opening line was... and whether the team is home or not... not very informative... I know... but that's what I am looking at to get my numbers...

                                                          It makes little sense to grade everything at -110 if you are actually using Pinnacle. Just grade with the price you are getting on these plays. Or just post a record if you don't want to keep an accurate price on these plays.

                                                              Fair enough I guess... My thinking behind it is that I want to keep track of a record... as well as units... but don't want to go through all of the trouble of having a 3 star play losing either 3.25 or 3.35 when I could just average it out in the long run at 3.3... I mean in the end with such small units... I can't see it making ANY difference... and it will be MUCH easier for book keeping... I figure the amount of times it helps me will equal the amount of times it hurts me...

                                                                  I played all of these plays so far. I liked the Pacers to win this game, so you listing Pacers 2H seemed like an easy winner.

                                                                                  DAMNIT!!! looks like I'm gonna have a 2 star play on the Bucks 2nd half most likely minus like 5 points... if things don't change quick...

                                                                                  A team that has prob given up on its season after finding out about Redd... against a team who without it's starters still loves to score...

                                                                                                          The way I analyzed it was Amare had 3 fouls, so was out for most of the second half. Channing Fyre has yet to start up. Amare will dominate the 3rd quarter, dude gets hungry for the ball.

I am playing a system... and I DID NOT want to be on the Bucks... was hoping it didn't fit... didn't end up fitting... so if I had to pick just guessing I would go with the Suns as well... like u said...
