No, I believe you only get in trouble if you transfer points between multiple accounts or if you enter a contest with more than one account.

My favorite ghosts are the ones who have transferred their first 6 points to the SBR book within minutes of "joining" SBR. Many members who have been around for a while still don't know where to find the book.
