My unit is $100. Theoretically, most suggested each bet should represent about 1-3 % of your bankroll. So for instant, if you start your bankroll at $2000, then your "suggested" bet should not more than $60, you then can assign your 1unit = $60.

As for me, I switch from posting dollars amount (earlier in this thread) to units, just because I am lazy to do add/subtract the juice. That's also why I did keep track all my play anymore. But this is beyond your question

I do much better than football (NCAAF and NFL), I don't keep track of all my plays. Last time I tried to keep track of all my plays, and it seems like adding more work to my already busy schedule.
Maybe starting tomorrow I will keep track of all my basketball plays, no more football for me ( I will play here and there if situation/angle suite me, but I won't spend time to capping that sports anymore)

From my reading in player talk section a while ago, seem like the greek is the best, follow by 5dimes, bookmaker, etc....you should post your question there.
