Been at work all day, but just got home and checked. Dumped 3 units on CK/SM project play, 2 units on Angels ML +145, and 1 unit on your teaser (Well done again, roag!)... beautiful day for me! I'll look at the lines and post my official play soon.

There used to be more of these Teaser & ML Parlay threads here back in the day........excellent way to brainstorm some winners.

I find these 8Pt'ers are definitely more helpful in WNBA, but teasers in the long run usually don't pan out.........look forward to your season end results.

Relying on 3 different actions to pan out in the 3 team teasers is sketchy at best IMO.........I think you really have to pick your days to run these or you will lose in the long run.

Kudos for not using your prior unposted results......so many come & post their unposted results & then post plays & you see what happens, never hear from them again.

Yeah, teasers killed me until i switched to bookmaker and got access to the 8-pointers...it's rare for a wnba team to lose by more than the 10-15 you often can get with the teasers, and in that case you should be teasing the favorite, not the dog! Obviously sometimes it's just not meant to be, but I've hit something like 75% with these things (although 2-1 since starting posting publicly). Tomorrow there's a lot of options, so I'll probably start doing my research now in case I expect lines to jump overnight lol

Leans:

I'm liking the dreamers to win straight up over NY. NY is in a slump and atlanta is on fire. Add in a disheartening loss at MSG for NY, a run-out-of-the-gym win over red hot phoenix by Atlanta, and a game at home for atlanta, and everything is there for a straight up win. Getting them +3 seems safer than NY who have been known to blow games and even blow leads to then lose by double digits. 13 is a hell of a lot of points though. At this point i'm probably gonna wait till morning, and whichever way the line goes i'll tease the other way.

Also liking Connecticut +10. I see Chicago probably winning this, but not by double digits. Conn blew a tough game to indiana, and Jones will be looking to lead conn to a win. If they can take indiana to OT, I don't expect them to get rocked by Chi. Honestly though, both teams are so iffy, I may not include that game.

Sparks +10.5 looks decent, but the Monarchs have been a different team recently. I'm always nervous about Nicole Powell dropping a 30-bomb. It's really hard to bet on Sac, but I might have to take +5.5 there.

Seattle +2 OR SA +14... either one. Easy money. SA pulled out a sick comeback and buzzer-beater against seattle at home, but then got embarassed by Sac in their last game. Now they travel to Seattle, and Lauren Jackson and Sue Bird are PISSED. Becky Hammon will make sure they don't lose by more than 14 though.

Phoenix/Minn...that's tough. Minny beat phoenix last week in phoenix, but they were missing diana. After a downright embarassing loss to atlanta, phoenix has to redeem themselves tonight. minny is on a b2b after losing tonight, and phoenix is coming to make some noise. I don't see the most dynamic duo in the wnba (pondexter/taurasi) go a combined 5-21 for 13 points again. they'll capitalize on minny's b2b and revenge the loss without DT last week. Pho +7

I think there may be 2 teasers in the works for tomorrow.

I'm hoping so. LA is just a no-play for me today....SAC has been so random. LA's chemistry is off and Powell is just absurd sometimes, so I'm not even confident about +10.5. Maybe powell is on the rag today and maybe today is the day parker gets her groove back, in which case +5.5 isn't safe either. Best of luck!

For anyone feeling like a complete degenerate tomorrow, I'd go with:

Indiana +7
Detroit +3
Ind/Was over 142.5

But this thread has never been about cramming plays in, but rather picking the best. If someone wants a little 8-point action for tomorrow though, I think that looks pretty sweet. Indiana and Wash have both been averaging high 70's recently. Givin the close matchup of these teams, OT is even a moderate possibility. I like the over at 150.5, and even more at 142.5. Indy should take it...and detroit +3 should be easy money.

Still, this is NOT an official teaser. i might throw a half unit on it just so I have some action besides the project play.

I was looking at the same play. The only thing that worries me is Detroit, I'm still not sure they are a quality team who can win consistently, so even thought I was burned by the Sun on my other teaser the +13 looks attractive. I don't know yet.

Mystics +9 (I think they win SU here, they're due for a big win over the Fever)
Mystics/Fever over 143
Sun +13

I think you could play the Fever at +7 and/or Detroit at +3 and still hit this, though I'm not sold on Detroit rested or not.

Seeing CK drop 4Gs on detroit -3 makes me willing to drop a unit at +3. Honestly I didn't even look at that play. The sun are slumping bad it seems. Losing to indiana 2 days ago, then chicago tonight, then finishing out at detroit on a b2b. As CK said, detroit is the sleeper team that hasn't been getting much press. After tomorrow I expect them to get some more serious lines. Opening at 3 and moving to 5 just shows the steam is there. Who knows, I'm up 10 units since monday, not counting the 3 i have on detroit -3. I'll throw one on this teaser...worst case I end up +9 for the week...not bad!

Yeah, we've had a good week so that's why I'm only playing this one small. The reason I'm taking the Sun is because the public is all over Detroit, and while Detroit may win I think it will be a close game and I'm not playing it at -5 or paying the juice to buy it down to -3.5. The books don't like to be beat! This isn't a free chicken dinner, so hopefully everyone tailing CK will win and so will we.

Indiana just beat Washington twice, I like the revenge factor here for the Mystics.

on further research (and the fact that SM is rarely wrong) I'm second guessing my teaser haha. mystics very possibly might take it all. I'm playing them for a unit. hopefully they win straight up but my girl katie keeps it withing 7
