No way would Sparks even cover the game. I believe the both the majority of public money was on Sparks spread and moneyline. No way would the bookies lose that much money!

The game was a coin flip for real if SA didn't lose 2 in a row i would have been all ove LA but i learned the hard way, teams with 2 or more loses play much better so i always stay away... Thats why i also don't like Det tonight NY is desperate for a win only game i like a bit is Seattle gl all.

wow incredible i just looked a bit deeper in the stats . This tina thompson shot 1 for 18 after going 1for1 at the begin + 2 turnovers ! why would they give all the shots to her even if she is cold as ice? think about it ..

because if the public was wrong every time, the public would stop betting (its hard to keep betting if you just run out of money)...and the people who knew whats up would just fade the public on every play and make mad money off the books.

ck/sm have sided with the public before and won.

for example cleveland was a huge public play through the first two rounds of the playoffs and they covered every single game.

Yeah the thing is that the line did not move at all. It should of closed to at least 3.5 to 4 based off of the 68% on the Sparks.

You can't go by what certain websites say about where the public is, it's unverifiable data. It all comes down to balance for the books, for the most part they don't care who wins as long as they get about equal action on both sides and make the vig.

The only project play so far was LA. He said he was leaning detroit despite the last game, but there is no project play. This thread has gotten ridiculously cluttered today. Lets try to slow it down a bit in here.

My 2 cents... I didn't see the game but looking at the box score stats wow LA stinks. They couldn't even beat the Silver Stars at home. The San Antonio Silver Stars aren't that great. All they had to do was contain Becky Hammon. The Silver Stars don't usually get much help on the road. LA really showed their true colors tonight. And why the heck did Ferndinad Harris and Betty Lennox not play. They needed all the weapons they could to stop Becky. I can't believe everyone who played for San Antonio scored. Looking at the stats LA loss because they couldn't make a shot. I don't know if it was an off game on just good defense. But next time LA plays this team at home I'll take LA because they prob. won't miss like that again.

But tonight I like Detroit to win I to redeem themselves from the last loss. I don't know if they will cover but they should win. And if they don't win never ever put your faith in Detroit no matter how bad the previous loss was lol unless it's the same team. And the Seattle and Phoenix game should be a close back and forth game but I expect Seattle to squeeze by with a win. And I don't see why it shouldn't go over.

And Wednesday Indiana will definitely win but I don't know if they will cover. If the moneyline is decent I'll prob. take it.

But ck and sexymit LA was the right call I guess they just couldn't make a basket. And I don't know why the coach didn't play those 2 guards lennox and harris. When watching some of the games the Coach doesn't seem to motivate the team. I think that Washington coach is a great coach. I've seen some of their games and the coach makes good decisions and gets on the team when need be. But again LA was the right call I had LA for my covers contest, you'll bounce back tomorrow.

i saw the game, lisa leslie didnt play well and tina thompson didnt hit well neither... in 1h sa made 6 3s, in 2h only 1. la played better in 2h but in the deciding moments sa made less to.

But she'll bounce back the next game bank on it. And if Lisa Leslie and Candice contributes big time this team could dangerous. They could be the big 3.
