Shady I want to make a suggestion. You are coloring way too many average players as big stars here. There are only a handful of real difference makers in the NBA. Your system does work, but you need to be far more selective. I know it works because I have used it for 20+ seasons
Go to any fantasy site you prefer and look at the values of the NBA players. Select no more than the top players!! For most teams that means only one guy can be that guy. If you employ this strategy the way you should, you will only have a handful of plays per month, but you will hit at close to 75-80%Comment -

This is a trainwreck you are only supposed to do it when the best player or maybe perceived best player is out. Rondo is not even a top 200 player in the league. Guys like Griffin, Carmelo, and Wade are not the best player on their teams but huge names and some people think they are the best so that might be ok.
