Can't tell since my experience with sportsbooks is limited. I use Heritagesports and Bookmaker and I've had no problems with both. So I'd say both are good. But I'd also add that large withdrawals (=>$10k) via wire is possible with Bookmaker.

And Heritage doesnt care about Europeans. Dunno about 5dimes, they have a lot of options as far as I know. I use pinnacle (rewarding if you plan long-term, one of the best odds) and bet365 for live betting.
