I like to be honest as possible in my thread. I do not want to address only the compliments, so let me say this in response. You make a valid point, I am sure you realize the NBA is a tough sport to handicap though this long season. I fully expect to have moments when I am losing more than I win, we all will experience that. However overall, my local bookie is not happy with me and my 5Dimes account is having an orgasm. Yes I do, I just do not like laying so many points to another professional team. Especially with Spurs. You never know when coach "Pop" is going to rest some of the starting lineup. I will pick these two teams in certain situations. I hope this answers your question.

I actually do my own research and bet accordingly. As far as public bets go, it depends on the teams involved and the situation. Sunday January 3rd the Phoenix Suns played the Lakers at LA. The Suns were only a one point favorite. I did not bet that because the night before that Phoenix was in a high scoring game at Sacramento and I think Phoenix was missing one of their guards. So if you consider Phoenix was tired, missing a good scoring guard and the Lakers are very familiar with the Suns team because they play them all the time. Also, Phoenix does not play defense, this was a accident waiting to happen to Phoenix. Also, The Lakers normally lose to the Suns so they really wanted the game. So you talk about "trap" games, this was the classic trap game. I made a lot of money live on the game though. Phoenix could barely score. Once I recognized the type game it was going to be, every bet I made live was at the max at 500.00 and I won every bet. That was easy money.
