I understand not making it a play back when it would have collided with Memphis with 2 possible D bets but why can't it be an (A) play now in the system?

Good point but Wallco's backtests excludes any teams that overlap with each other besides A vs A bet so we'll just keep the system the way it is. It's up to the individual to play CHI or not. No reason not to now like you said.
