Thoughts on tomorrow? I don't have a good read on HOU/LAC (I know, surprising). Do we take the team that got blown out or are they just outmatched here? Certainly looked like it. Paul didn't even have to do anything.

Waiting to see if Bulls hits +3 and I'm going to take that...The bulls did not particularly play well, I think they shot 6-21 from 3, under 40% from the field, and had so many stupid calls against them, and still won the game. Whereas, excluding LeBron, I think Cleveland shot 13/27 from 3 or something like that. His role players stepped up for him big time, especially for a road game. This game is going to come down to how healthy Kyrie is, and if can put up something close to what he did in Game 1, because I don't think the contribution from the other role players will be as great.

That's odd you say that because I didn't think Cleveland played that well.

Lebron had several turnovers and shot poorly and Irvin didn't play well either.

Despite that, it took a miracle desperation shot for the Bulls to win at home.

Cleveland is the more desperate team today. I'm taking them ML and paying the juice.

If they lose, so be it. I think it's the right side.

I guess you could make a case either way, but Chicago missed wide open shots in the paint...think Noah was 0-7. I agree with you saying Irving didn't play well, which is due to him being hurt, so we don't know what to expect from him.

I thought both teams struggled. The Bulls looked worse but they benefited from the energy of the homecrowd and it kept them close until the fourth where they finally started hitting shots.

Cleveland probably should have built themselves a 7-10 point lead after 3 and instead it was right around a tie game.

This game is tough. I think Chicago should play better than they did in those first 3 quarters on Friday. But ultimately this is a game that comes down to the fourth quarter and who makes the plays.

and LeBron leagues the lead in turnovers by a pretty significant margin now, that isn't something new for him. Chicago defense is tough, and he hasn't shot the ball well in any of the games...think hes averaging 35% FG in the series so far. His jumper looks like it's completely gone.

Irving and Lebron shot 11 for 38 and they lost on a three pointer at the buzzer.

I don't think they'll shoot 11 for 38 today.

You said Cleveland got the calls but Chicago shot 10 more free throws.

I agree they probably won't shoot 11/38 combined again, but the role players won't shoot 13/27 from 3 tonight either.

The calls down the stretch were horrible. In particular, Butler getting fouled on a 3, which would have sealed the game - no call. Meanwhile LeBron gets a very ticky-tac call on the very next play. That's just one example. Rose got fouled carrying the ball up the court, again no call. There were many examples.

Bulls +3 -105 super tempting...public and touts ALL over CLE. Will this be one of the super obvious "NBA script" wins for LeBron or a burial? Something gives me the feeling this isn't the same scenario as year's past. LeBron doesn't have Wade, Bosh, Ray Allen behind him. It's a limping Kyrie Irving and a chucking JR Smith.

I simply do not see this as a good comparison to the Heat of year's past. That team had Wade, Bosh, Allen, Haslem, perennial all-NBA guys with loads of playoff experience. Blatt isn't even Spoelstra, not even close.

Cleveland has an older Lebron, an injured Irving, and a lifetime loser in JR Smith.

This game went almost exactly how I said it would, but I forgot to account for the facts that the bulls offensive is fukin horrible. LeBron was awful as expected, Kyrie wasn't himself because he was injured - as expected. Cavs role players shot much worse from 3 - as expected. People can blame the refs for this loss, but the bulls offensive execution was just horrible.
